Step 1
Whether you picked a service package, or have a question about what is best for your situation, book a call and we will help you out. There is no commitment at this point.
As we prepare for the call, your photographer communication platform will be created.
Step 2
Once you have had your onbaording call, you will prepare your products and ship them to your photographer.
As soon as the products arrive, your photographer will get to work. Follow their progress on your personal communication platform.
Step 3
You will have a dedicated photographer working on your products. Use your communication platform to let your photographer know your needs and stay in the loop on all projects.
Step 4
Once your photographer has finished with a product, they will submit your images for client approval. Once approved, they will move on to the next product.
Step 5
After the shoot is complete, you will be asked if you would like to provide return shipping or have us take care of the product.
We are happy to help find a good home for the product if you would not like it back.
As soon as one product is complete, we are ready and waiting for the next. (To save on time, sending multiple products at once is encouraged)
